Convenient location near Kaohsiung Train Station.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Kaohsiung Main Station, making transportation a breeze and surrounded by a plethora of eateries.

I found the noise levels quite disruptive, especially from guests in nearby rooms and the hallways late at night, which affected my sleep quality.

my stay was delightful, with easy access to the Kaohsiung Main Station just a few steps away and the central park only a 15-minute stroll, making it perfect for weekend city strolls. I also loved that they provide free bike rentals, which allowed me to explore the city at my own pace, discovering nearby eateries and landmarks with ease.

Free bike rentals were great! Weak Wi-Fi caused some frustration.

Loved the 24-hour ice cream and snacks! The laundromat service was super handy. Enjoyed the spacious room with its rain shower feature.

Staying at Kindness Hotel was a delightful surprise! The breakfast was a lavish feast with both Asian and Western options. I particularly loved the free soft serve ice cream from 3 PM to 10:30 PM, perfect after a day of exploring. The midnight snack starting at 8 PM was truly impressive, with an array of local delicacies that could easily serve as a full dinner.

However, the room was facing another building, which didn't provide much of a view. It was also a bit dated in the hallways, which may not appeal to everyone. Minor details like the lack of additional towels in the bathroom could be improved too.

The kids loved the free 24/7 ice cream and snacks! The spacious room made our stay comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was a great surprise, featuring both Asian and American dishes. Plus, the staff were really helpful and friendly during our stay.

For dads, it would be great if there was more variety in the kids' menu.

I had an amazing 2-night stay! The complimentary beer every day was a fun touch, and I loved the endless snacks in the lounge. Just a heads up, the noise from outside was a bit distracting at times.
